These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the wtfwin platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of this service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use wtfwin. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any real-money transactions are processed. Underage access is strictly prohibited under PAGCOR regulations.
Each player may hold only one registered wtfwin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonus funds.
All bonuses and promotional credits at wtfwin are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage, or exploiting technical errors — will result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on wtfwin must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Minimum withdrawal limits apply.
wtfwin operates under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gameplay, transactions, and player data handling comply with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
wtfwin provides deposit limits, session controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent restrictions using alternate accounts. Responsible gaming protections are legally enforceable on this platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wtfwin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at wtfwin.asia and all associated services, applications, games, and content (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including registered account holders and any person who browses the platform without registration.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. wtfwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via the email address associated with your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under Philippine law. wtfwin strictly enforces this requirement through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
The wtfwin platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is primarily designed for use by players physically located within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. wtfwin does not represent that the Service is legal or appropriate for use in locations other than the Philippines.
To register a wtfwin account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. You are required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address for KYC verification. wtfwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered and active wtfwin account. Opening, operating, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. wtfwin will suspend all accounts linked to such activity and may forfeit any balances therein.
Note: By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, that you meet the eligibility requirements, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wtfwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wtfwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify wtfwin support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].
You must promptly update your account information to maintain accuracy. Providing false or misleading information — including false identification for KYC purposes — is a serious breach of these Terms and Philippine law, and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement.
wtfwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your account verification status, location, and current platform availability. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a cryptocurrency channel is used.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
The minimum deposit amount via GCash or PayMaya is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits apply per method and may change without prior notice. Current limits are published in the Cashier section of your wtfwin account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. wtfwin reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
wtfwin complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines. The platform monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. wtfwin may delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity, and will report such activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
Bonus offers available through wtfwin — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published in the Promotions section of the platform. General eligibility requires a verified wtfwin account in good standing. Each promotion specifies which games are eligible for wagering requirements.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount, or to the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, as specified per offer. Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements — bonus fund wagers do not count unless stated otherwise.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bets that minimize risk through bet-hedging or matched-betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes bonus abuse. wtfwin reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
wtfwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms supersede these general Terms where they conflict with respect to a specific offer.
All games available on the wtfwin platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. wtfwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games and professionally operated live dealer streams for live casino games — all verified by independent testing laboratories under PAGCOR compliance requirements.
In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — including server disconnections, software errors, or power outages — wtfwin will attempt to honor bets in the system at the time of failure where technically possible. In cases where results cannot be determined or verified, wtfwin may void the affected game round and return any stakes placed. This determination is at the sole discretion of wtfwin operations and is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the wtfwin platform without prior written consent from wtfwin. Unauthorized use of wtfwin intellectual property will result in termination of your account and may result in legal action.
wtfwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering and using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity data, transaction records, device information, and gameplay history, which are used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement.
wtfwin will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Certain data may be shared with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law.

Reducing limits takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect. This delay is intentional — it gives players time to reconsider decisions made under pressure.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account are forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of any amounts subject to ongoing investigation or dispute will be returned to the payment source used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable withholding required by law.
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting wtfwin support via Live Chat or email. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wtfwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wtfwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or emotional distress — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if wtfwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
wtfwin does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events outside wtfwin's reasonable control may affect platform availability. wtfwin shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the wtfwin Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Prior to commencing any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with wtfwin informally by contacting our support team. wtfwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts.
wtfwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wtfwin will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, will provide notice to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Service and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

wtfwin aims to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days. Complaints related to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activity that cannot be resolved by wtfwin may be escalated to PAGCOR directly in accordance with applicable procedures.
These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the wtfwin Terms and Conditions.
